Tahki Stacy Charles has teamed up with knittingdaily.com to bring knitters or crocheters out there a challenge that might end up with you winning $250 worth of Tahki yarn (that's 40 skeins of either Cotton Classic or Cotton Classic Lite)…in all of the colors of the rainbow!

In order to be entered in the contest, you can either download the free knit or crochet scarf pattern designed by one of our favorite designers, Kristin Omdahl, or just create your own scarf! You can design your own scarf as long as it’s sized to approximately 6” wide and 52” long, excluding the fringe. 

Tahki Cotton Classic

In order to be qualified for the challenge, you must use at least four colors of Tahki's Cotton Classic and/or Cotton Classic Lite for your scarf. Attached to more than four colors? Not a problem! You can use as many colors as you'd like, just as long as you make sure that you have four different colors as a minimum. Once you're finished, all you have to do is post a picture of your colorful masterpiece on the Knitting Daily website: the crochet gallery (if your scarf was crocheted) or the knitting gallery (if your scarf was knit). Be sure to include a description of your scarf and which colors of Cotton Classic or Cotton Classic Lite you chose! The deadline to post your photos is March 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Komen for the Cure, to help eradicate breast cancer. How cool is that?!
