I've been at it again! I've been busily rearranging and restocking. When you visit the shop you will now find more warm weather worsted weight yarns more easily. Recently we received several beautiful new colors of Berroco Comfort and Mission Falls 1824 Cotton and they are now out on the floor. Look for more cottons and cotton blends to be taking the places of some of our heavier winter yarns but never fear they aren't going away just taking a break from being the stars of the show.
We've also received some exciting new yarns. I can't wait to knit up some Elsebeth Lavold's Silky Wool. It's a lovely DK weight, jewel toned tweed that will be a perfect yarn for elegant spring and summer evening wear like Dolce Handknits -Charleston. Look for some Elsebeth Lavold books to be up on the website in the next day or two.
Some absolutely luscious Zitron yarns are beginning to appear in the shop. Zitron Opus 1 is a super soft, self striping wool infused with jojoba and aloe and it comes in lovely colors. I'm excited to report that we are also getting Zitron Trekking XXL a fabulous and popular sock yarn. I just can't keep up with all the great sock yarns. I need more hands and more hours in the day to just work on socks!
Now that spring is well underway be sure to take breaks from gardening and sit with a nice cup of tea and your knitting to dream about those beautiful summer flowers.
Terry
